Club Director, 18-navy head coach
Coach Robinson played volleyball at Baker University from 2000-2003, where she was named an All-American libero and Academic All-American, in addition to multiple all-conference and all-region teams. She coached at Barton County Community College in 2007-2008, when the team finished 8th at the NJCAA Tournament. Coach Robinson has coached at Washburn Rural and Kapaun Mt. Carmel high schools, as well as for a variety of clubs for a combined 24 seasons. This will be her 13th season as club director. She is a journalism teacher at Kapaun Mt. Carmel.
18-navy assistant coach
Coach Lies has played volleyball competitively for 8 years. She attended Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School where she was named first-team All City hitter. She went on to play and manage at Butler Community College. She has played at multiple clubs, and has previous club coaching experience. This is her sixth year with Wichita Legacy.
17-navy head coach
Coach Dawson played volleyball at Sterling College from 2013-2016. She was a four-year varsity starter and earned the Champion of Character award during her collegiate career. Coach Dawson previously coached at Conway Springs High School and Maize South, and she is currently coaching at Bishop Carroll. She has coached high school for seven years, and is in her 11th year of coaching club.
17-navy assistant coach
Coach Harrod has spent the last 30 years coaching athletes, aged 8-18. Her greatest passion and enthusiasm lie within the sport of volleyball where she's spent 11 years coaching at both Maize and Maize South high schools. This year will be her 8th coaching club volleyball.
16-navy head coach
Coach Hessman coached at Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School for 20 years, in addition to leading youth summer camps and conditioning. Hessman has more than 500 career wins and has coached more than 30 athletes who obtained college scholarships for volleyball. She has also coached club volleyball for the past 14 years. She is also a PE teacher at Magdalen.

Coach Albertini played volleyball at Pittsburg State University as a setter from 2018-2022. She is currently working as a labor and delivery nurse. This will be her fifth year coaching club, and second with Legacy.

Coach Treft played volleyball at Friends University where she was a Champion of Character for two years and on the AD's Honor Roll for three. She is currently a behavior specialist at Heartspring. This is her 12th year coaching club volleyball.

Coach Scott played volleyball at Friends University during her collegiate career. After coaching for two years at Kapaun Mt. Carmel, she was an assistant coach at Friends University for three seasons. This is her 12th year of coaching club volleyball. She is also a Spanish teacher at Kapaun Mt. Carmel.
15-orange head coach
Coach Ryno played as a setter and libero at Maize High School. She is currently finishing up her nursing degree at Wichita State University, and works at Wesley Woodlawn as a nurse extern. This will be her fourth year coaching.
15-orange assistant coach
Coach Le played volleyball at Kapaun Mt. Carmel as a setter and a libero, and was named All-City honorable mention. She currently attends Newman University. She has coached three years with Legacy.
14-navy head coach
Cassidy has eight years of playing experience and five years of coaching experience. Her volleyball journey also includes serving as team manager for the Pittsburg State University volleyball program for three years, where she gained valuable insight into the collegiate level of the game and dedication required for success. Cassidy is passionate about helping young athletes develop both on and off the court. She works as a child life specialist at Wesley.

Coach Parker went to school in Augusta where she played volleyball for three years as a setter. This will be her third year coaching for Legacy. She loves helping young athletes find their confidence. She works as a fifth grade teacher in Andover.
14-orange head coach
Coach Sexson played volleyball at Andover High School, earning a 4A State Championship her senior year, as a setter. She played as a middle hitter at Bethany College. This is Coach Sexson's sixth year with Legacy.
14-orange assistant coach
Coach Hamlin is from Junction City, and was originally a track and field high jump athlete. She began playing club at 10 years old and fell in love with the fast pace and intensity of volleyball. Coach Hamlin played on various club teams across Kansas as a right side hitter, and went on to play at Bethany as a DS/libero. She is a kindergarten teacher. This will be her second year coaching with Legacy.
13-navy head coach
Morgan has played volleyball for over 10 years in clubs & her school team, and still play occasionally in adult leagues. She played middle hitter and occasionally outside hitter too. Morgan played one year in college before deciding to move back home and be closer to family. She has coached multiple rec teams, school, and coached club clinics as well. She is incredibly passionate about volleyball and training girls up to reach their goals and understanding the game. Morgan loves to motivate her players, pushing them to be their best, while also promoting love for the game! She is also a PE teacher.

Coach Gomes played as a setter and hitter at Hesston High School before continuing her volleyball career at Hesston College. She was a starter as both a defensive specialist and hitter. She also played club volleyball for Legacy from 2019-2023. She is now focused on finishing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and works as a Nurse Extern at Wesley. This will be her first year coaching for Legacy. She is excited to help athletes grow their skills, confidence and love for the game.

Coach Dusenbery played middle hitter for the Wichita Warriors throughout high school. She is passionate about helping young athletes grow by building their confidence, and love of volleyball. Her goal is to create a positive, supportive environment where players feel encouraged to work hard, have fun and develop as teammates and individuals. This will be her first year with Legacy.

Coach Clennan is from El Dorado, where she played as a middle hitter. She went on to play for Butler Community College for two years. At Butler, her team was ranked second in the nation, and it placed fourth at nationals. She finished her last three seasons at Pittsburg State University. She is a teacher at Circle Benton. This is her second year with Legacy.

Coach Heimerman is from Conway Springs, Kan. She played middle hitter at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College from 2018-2020, then transferred to Southwestern Christian University, and played from 2020-2022, where she was team captain. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science, summa cum laude. She has played competitive volleyball for 10 years and this will be her fifth year coaching at Wichita Legacy.

Coach Strecker played volleyball at Trinity Catholic High School and club volleyball for Salt City Smash and Shockwave for nine years. She played at Friends University. She has helped with numerous grade school and middle school volleyball camps, and this is her seventh year coaching club.

Coach Palyash currently plays volleyball at Friends University as an outside hitter. Prior to Friends, she played at Andover High School, where she developed her skills on and off the court. She also has many years of club volleyball experience, helping her gain a strong understanding of the game and player development. This will be her first year with Wichita Legacy.
