Wichita Legacy, LLC offers one-on-one or small group individualized training. Contact wichitalegacyvb@gmail.com or fill out the contact form below to arrange individual training.
Volleyball Sports Performance Training
NPWR is offering volleyball-specific sports performance training. Athletes will work on plyometrics, strength and conditioning, speed and agility and mobility.
